Job Description

The Delivery Manager’s main responsibility is to lead different departments of the organization ensuring quality of work is delivered to the client-partners. This role requires a mastery of digital advertising and marketing as it relates to creation, implementation, optimization, analysis, and reporting of biddable media (e.g., programmatic, search, social, mobile, native) and email.  She/He will also–with the help of the Talent Acquisition team–recruit, train, manage and inspire the team that monitors, analyzes, and optimizes all paid, owned and earned media and marketing campaign performance to ensure successful delivery and to support all programmatic, audience extension, audience development programs, and marketing automation/email efforts.

This executive will directly lead managers responsible for media planning and buying, ad monetization, ad operations and reporting, and martech planning and execution. The ability to communicate and lead, project manage, multi-task, and work well with U.S. and other offshore team members is a must to be successful in this position. Company client-partners primarily require English language fluency and operate on four continents currently.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage AdTech, Search & Social and MarTech P&Ls while supporting the VP-Global Delivery with revenue and profitability activity reports daily, weekly, and monthly, as well as other campaign accounting related efforts specifically tied to campaign delivery working with the department managers
  • Improve existing processes and introduce new processes wherever necessary
  • Identify opportunities within departments to improve efficiency of deliverables and quality
  • Streamline documentation across the board
  • Support strategic discussions with VP, Global Delivery to achieve the organization goals
  • Identify automation areas in the processes, work with the engineering team in getting them actualized

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Ensure each department manager is equipped with right tools, talent and skills to manage the teams and client deliverables without any quality issues
  • Analyze processes across the verticals to determine best practices and suggest improvements wherever necessary
  • Manage employee performance metrics and quarterly, yearly reviews
  • Daily scrum with the managers to understand things that are going well and that needs any kind of support from the DM
  • Work with Talent Acquisition and HR activities, including respective department managers
  • Inventory forecasts and insights to Marketing and Account Management team for media plans
  • Involve in discovery calls with new prospects
  • Plan regular soft skill and technical skill training for the teams working with managers
  • Guide the managers with respect to ISO implementations
  • Identify resource challenges and provide solutions
  • Bring down attrition rate and build strong, happy teams



  • Overall, a minimum of 10 years in managing program delivery; with minimum of 5 years’ experience in team management, delivery management, client/customer engagement, handling various cross functional teams etc.
  • Strong Technical foundation with the ability to review program deliverables technically and improve efficiencies
  • Proven experience in staffing for various roles
  • Proven track record of success in Delivery operations positions
  • Focus on Revenue, Customer success and Cost Management
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices operations
  • Excellent organizational skills, team working skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Google DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk certifications, AdWords, SA 360, social media platform knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of ESPs such as SFMC, Pardot will be an added advantage along with SFCRM (SFSC)  and/or Adobe
  • Knowledge of Paid Search and Social would be an added advantage
  • Ready to work in Mysuru and work during US time zones

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related ITES field required, Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
