Job Description

The Partner Success Manager role is part of the iSOCRATES’ Partner Success Team which is accountable for implementing, managing and delivering solutions that drive success against our partners’ business KPIs.

The Partner Success Manager is the main point of contact leading the company’s efforts for his/her assigned publisher, marketer, agency and data/tech client-partners. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with business partners, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.

He/She will be responsible for all aspects of the pre- and post-sales process including media plan creation and execution of audience-based biddable media programs, data segment builds, campaign delivery against partner objectives, reporting and analytics, and related upselling efforts.

You should have knowledge of programmatic campaign management (e.g., display, video, mobile, social, native) and experience with yield management, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, and exchange-based media buying and selling.

The Partner Success Manager will also be responsible for supporting partner Audience Extension and Audience Development programs.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard, project manage, and support on an ongoing basis a wide range of accounts
  • Day-to-day point of contact with our key partners. Build, grow and maintain relationships, gaining deep understanding of their business and marketing needs
  • Working with our Delivery team in India, monitor and optimize campaign metrics for delivery and KPIs; provide detailed reporting and recommendations throughout lifecycle of campaign
  • Address partner queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Generate post campaign presentations providing key insights on performance
  • Oversee audience segments built in our data management platforms and develop insights from data sources to improve segmentation and performance
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with programmatic deals and keep partners informed
  • Become an expert in using SSPs, DSPs and DMPs, and CDPs
  • Help develop best practices by creating training materials, sales materials and customer facing guides
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably business or quantitative degree
  • At least 5 years of digital advertising media and marketing experience, required
  • Project management experience, required
  • Brand and Direct Response digital media strategy and campaign planning experience required
  • Knowledge of programmatic media systems and tools (e.g., ad servers, ad exchanges, platform providers, attribution, tagging, ad verification, measurement, brand safety, viewability)
  • Experience with SSPs, preferred
  • Experience with DSPs Xandr and Google DV360, and LOTAME or other DMPs or CDPs, preferred
  • Brand and Direct Response digital media strategy and campaign planning experience required
  • Experience managing CPA, CPC, CPL and CPM marketing campaigns, preferred
  • Keen understanding of ad targeting and optimization methodologies
  • Proficiency in Google Apps or MS Office, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Experience with data analysis including pivot tables and advanced functions
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence
