Job Description

This intern should support in building the customer database, Sales & Marketing, Business Development and in Campaign Management, they would be focusing on Audience Segmentation, Media Strategy, and Media Planning. The primary role is to directly contribute to the revenue growth of the company through increased sales and business development activities under the leadership of Global Director of Sales and Business Development. A person in this role must be comfortable in making dozens of calls per day, generating interest in our services, and qualifying prospects for sales. A talented and competitive individual, that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will have an important role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Key Skills Lead Generation, Market Research, Telesales, Business Development, Database Building, Online Data Mining
  • Strong knowledge of database extraction from various online database portals
  • Proficient in Google search, researching prospective clients and identifying key players in international markets such as US, Europe & APAC
  • Must be creative and dynamic in working on various social media portals for Web scraping and data extraction
  • A proactive self-starter, who can operate both individually and as part of a team and values the importance of the success of their overall group
  • Must be a quick learner, with ability to work under pressure and possess problem solving capabilities
  • Master in multi-tasking different activities, prioritizing and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be aggressive with a good attitude and open to feedback


Currently pursuing or recent students from BBM or MBA background or related fields is strongly encouraged. Written and oral English proficiency is required. The Program is based in Mysuru. Work hours must be flexible to accommodate global clients and Company needs.

Selection Criteria

Clearance of English grammar test and aptitude test, personal and professional background check, test results and transcript review, personal interviews


Undergraduates: 2 Lakh Year One with adjustments thereafter based upon tenure, responsibility, and performance. Graduates: 3 Lakh Year One with adjustments thereafter based upon tenure, responsibility, and performance.  At the conclusion of the two-year training program, permanent placement offering promotion and a raise will be offered within one of the company’s departments.
