Job Description

The Associate Delivery Manager’s main responsibility is to lead different departments of the organization ensuring quality work is delivered to our client-partners. She/He will also recruit, train, manage and inspire teams that plan, buy/sell, monitor, analyze, and optimize paid, owned and earned campaign performance to ensure successful delivery and to support all programmatic, audience extension, audience development programs, and email efforts.

This highly skilled, proven executive will have experience directly leading ad monetization and ad operations team managers as well as in supporting programmatic audience and audience extension / development teams. He/She will have a strong understanding of digital advertising as it relates to creation, implementation, optimization and analysis of paid campaigns and the platforms used to activate them. The ability to project manage, multitask and work equally well with U.S. and offshore team members is also a “must” to be successful in this position.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage Trading P&L while supporting the VP-Global Delivery and Global COO with revenue and profitability activity reports daily, weekly, and monthly, as well as other campaign accounting related efforts specifically tied to campaign delivery working with the department managers
  • Improve existing processes and introduce new processes wherever necessary
  • Identify opportunities within departments to improve efficiency of deliverables and quality
  • Streamline documentation across the board
  • Join and contribute to strategic discussions with VP, Global Delivery and others to achieve organization and client-partner goals and objectives

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Ensure each department manager and team leader is equipped with right tools, talent and skills to manage the teams and client deliverables without any quality issues
  • Analyze processes across the verticals to determine best practices and suggest improvements wherever necessary
  • Manage employee performance metrics and quarterly, yearly reviews
  • Daily scrum with managers to understand what is going well and what needs your support
  • Help manage lateral and fresher Talent Acquisition, Training, and HR activities working with respective department managers
  • Confirm media plans, inventory forecasts and insights with Marketing and Partner Success teams
  • Participate in discovery calls with new Sales prospects
  • Plan regular soft skills and technical skills training and mentoring for teams
  • Google DV360, Xandr and/or The Trade Desk certifications a plus
  • Knowledge of ESPs such as SFMC, Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, will be an added advantage along with SFCRM (SFSC)
  • Knowledge of Paid Search and Paid Social would be an added advantage
  • Ready to work in Mysuru and work during US time zones

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related ITES field required. Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
