The Partner Success Manager role is part of the iSOCRATES’ Partner Success Team which is accountable for implementing, managing and delivering solutions that drive success against our partners’ business KPIs.
The Partner Success Manager is the main point of contact leading the company’s efforts for his/her assigned marketer and agency partners. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with partners, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
He/She will be responsible for all aspects of the pre- and post-digital sales process including media plan creation and execution of audience-based programmatic programs, data-segment builds, campaign delivery against partner objectives, and related upselling efforts.
You should have knowledge of programmatic campaign management (e.g., display, video, mobile, social, native) and experience with yield management, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs and exchange-based media buying.
The Partner Success Manager will also be responsible for supporting partner Audience Extension and Audience Development programs.
