WILLIAM “BILL” LEDERER
CHAIRMAN AND CEO

Bill leads iSOCRATES and founded the firm with Michael Weaver. He is a global C-Level digital media and marketing services executive with extensive consulting/founding/building/turnaround expertise in both entrepreneurial and established companies in Programmatic trading, Advanced TV and online & mobile Video, Internet and e-commerce, advertising/marketing, and information services. Bill has served as a divisional CEO and/or C-level executive with Kantar/WPP, TNS, and Getty Images. He was Founder and CEO of e-tailer Art.com and programmatic media trader MediaCrossing and is a former board member for public and private companies including WPP Digital, Kantar Digital, Rewards Network, major universities, and non-profits. He has extensive work experience in the Americas, Europe, India, and Israel. He is Adjunct Professor, The New School Graduate Program in Media Management and co-author of the leading industry textbook Media Selling, 5th Edition.

MICHAEL WEAVER
COO

Michael brings over 20 years experience with Digital Marketing and Technology companies. Beginning his career in the Entertainment & Media practice at Coopers & Lybrand and Andersen Consulting, he went on to work with The Walt Disney Company and AOL Time Warner. Michael has been CEO of both Fairchild Media and Zenovia.

He has advised a series of marketing technology ventures including AddThis, Integral Ad Science, MediaMath, and Sonobi. He has participated in fundraising for startups that collectively raised over $110 million from Tier 1 VCs. Michael also served in the United States Air Force rising to the rank of Captain and serving in Operation Desert Storm, the first Iraq war.

ASHWINI THAMMAIAH
VP, GLOBAL DELIVERY

Ashwini is a leading B2C-B2B Email Marketing, CRM and Programmatic systems and execution leader with 17+ years of experience in IT & ITES organizations with functions spread across Delivery Operations offshore/onshore model, Client Management, Technology, and Operational Leadership in uniquely challenging situations.
Proven track record in extensive managerial experience building teams that deliver high performance and high-quality cross-border campaigns against tight deadlines for some of the world’s leading publishers, marketers and agencies. Past roles and experience include Technical Training, Client Service Analyst, Web Development, Team Coordinator, Database Developer, Technical Lead, Project Lead, Associate Manager, Delivery Manager.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of resolving multiple and complex issues by motivating staff to adapt to change consistently in dynamic environments.
Ashwini is responsible for the day-to-day operations of iSOCRATES India, our Mysuru, India- based Media and Marketing Services Center of Excellence.

BLAKE PIERSON
DIRECTOR, PARTNER SUCCESS

Blake is a marketing and media professional with over two decades of experience, working in both demand and supply-side roles. His early background includes work at agency Wieden+Kennedy developing spot broadcast, print and OOH media plans for partners such as Nike, Subaru, Holland America Line and Microsoft. Blake spent the next 10 years at AOL in partner success and sales development leadership roles. Most recently, Blake led efforts to commercialize new shopper marketing solutions at Catalina Marketing and was digital marketing strategy lead at Lazydays Holdings, a large retailer.

AMANDA MORALES
PARTNER SUCCESS MANAGER

Amanda started her career in media and marketing a decade ago in New York City initially gaining experience in traditional media working in TV and print advertising companies. She transitioned into digital marketing working in Account Management where she developed extensive knowledge in audience targeting and optimized media campaigns across programmatic, email, social and video media channels.  More recently, Amanda has been able to apply her experience in Client Success and Product/Project roles.  Amanda takes a solution-based approach and finds satisfaction in providing partners not only with effective products but also with effective results.

SHIVASHANKAR A J
MANAGER, MEDIA TRADING AND AD OPERATIONS

Shivashankar is an engineering graduate and comes with experience of more than 8 years in Digital Advertisement Industry. He possesses Management as well as Domain skills hand in hand and carries experience on both demand as well as supply side of the industry. He has involved extensively in Onboarding Partners, Defining Processes, Building Teams, Domain Trainings, Talent Acquisition etc. He believes in hard work and treats every challenge as a learning opportunity. iSOCRATES is his second organization and was part of world largest digital advertising and marketing service providers during most part of his professional journey.

Experienced in – DSPs, SSPs, Programmatic Buying and Selling, Campaign Management, Talent Acquisition, Team Building, Process Improvement, Solution Consulting, Training etc.

SHABARINATHAN S
MANAGER, MARTECH

Shabarinathan is a computer science and IT educated engineer with more than a decade of hands-on and managerial experience in most aspects and platforms of digital marketing. Prior to joining iSOCRATES, he supported mid-size to large and global clients based in NA, EMEA, APAC and India in a variety of delivery models including service-based, SaaS and agency arrangements. A proven leader in digital marketing services, Shabari enjoys creating and implementing integrated marketing plans that deliver results across single and multichannel media channels, including: CRM/CDP, RDBMS, email marketing, social media, and owned media. He is deeply experienced in content, creative and web development, He is proud of his demonstrated skill in: team leadership, client relationship management, project management, account management, people management, operations, and hiring.

TYLER CHOINIERE
SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Tyler brings a diverse media background to iSOCRATES. He began his marketing career in traditional media, helping build expansive branding campaigns across radio, TV and print for brands like Cirque du Soleil and The PGA. Complementing his traditional media experience, Tyler has 10+ years in digital marketing focusing on everything from SEO and Social to Programmatic and PPC. Tyler takes a data first approach leveraging his technical experience in Native Advertising and Analytics to bring the best possible results for his partners. He is experienced in: Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Real Time Bidding, SSP’s, DSP’s, Programmatic Advertising, Monetization, Marketing Automation and Email, Social, SEO and SEM best practices, Javascript, HTML, Native Ad Networks and Digital Media Optimization.
