William “Bill” Lederer


Bill leads iSOCRATES and founded the firm with Michael Weaver. He is a global C-Level digital media and marketing services executive with extensive consulting / founding / building / turnaround expertise in both entrepreneurial and established companies in Programmatic trading, Advanced TV and online & mobile Video, Internet and e-commerce, advertising/ marketing, and information services.

Bill has served as a divisional CEO and/or C-level executive with Kantar/ WPP, TNS, and Getty Images. He was Founder and CEO of e-tailer Art.com and programmatic media trader MediaCrossing and is a former board member for public and private companies including WPP Digital, Kantar Digital, Rewards Network, major universities, and non-profits. He has extensive work experience in the Americas, Europe, India, and Israel. He is Adjunct Professor, The New School Graduate Program in Media Management and co- author of the leading industry textbook Media Selling, 5th Edition.

Ashwini Thammaiah

Ashwini is a leading B2C-B2B Email Marketing, CRM, and AdTech Programmatic systems and execution leader with 18 years of experience in IT & ITES organizations. Functions spread across Delivery Operations, Product management, offshore/onshore model, Client Management, Finance, HR, Partner Success, Pre-sales, IT, Admin, Technology, and Operational Leadership in uniquely challenging situations.

Proven track record in extensive managerial experience building teams that deliver high performance and high-quality cross-border campaigns against tight deadlines for some of the world’s leading publishers, marketers, and agencies. Past roles and experience include Technical Training, Client Service Analyst, Web Development, Team Coordinator, Database Developer, Technical Lead, Project Lead, Associate Manager, Delivery Manager.

Excellent project/product management, problem-solving, analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of resolving multiple and complex issues by motivating staff to adapt to change consistently in dynamic environments.

As a Managing Director, responsible for setting up iSOCRATES India office, a subsidiary of iSOCRATES LLC, USA, in Mysore, India in the year 2017, managing Global Delivery and Products.

Blake Pierson

Blake Pierson


Blake is a marketing and media professional with over two decades of experience, working in both demand and supply-side roles. His early background includes work at agency Wieden+Kennedy developing spot broadcast, print and OOH media plans for partners such as Nike, Subaru, Holland America Line and Microsoft.

Blake spent the next 10 years at AOL in partner success and sales development leadership roles. Most recently, Blake led efforts to commercialize new shopper marketing solutions at Catalina Marketing and was digital marketing strategy lead at Lazydays Holdings, a large retailer.

Ajay Kamath

Ajay Kamath is passionate about building strong teams by ensuring both a happy, satisfied workforce and client-partners.

He has worked in the Digital Marketing industry for more than 16 years, gaining experience in MarTech, AdTech, Search, Social, Programmatic, Data, Analytics & Products and Ops Leadership.

Ajay previously worked as a Director – Delivery and managed Agency teams providing support on both Display and Programmatic space. He started his career at a digital media marketing company, gaining unparalleled experience in the Digital space, while also establishing himself as a respected leader by managing big clients and large teams. There he managed Delivery, Resource Management and Ops Strategy and Transformation Departments. He travelled to Google HQ to onboard one of the end-to-end Programs.

At iSOCRATES, Ajay is Senior Director, Delivery leading both MarTech and AdTech delivery verticals and a member of the Company’s Operating Leadership Team.

Ajay completed his Master’s degree in Information Technology and Executive MBA with Marketing specialization. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt and an Internal ISO Auditor Certified individual.

He is widely known for his commitment, passion, working with team and clients to set processes and strategic approaches. Ajay is eager to learn new things, meet new people.

Ajay is passionate about training people and has been involving in upskilling people (Freshers and graduates) on various Digital Marketing topics through webinars, seminars, and classroom sessions. He is also involved in training people through the NGO Indian Society for Training and Development to fill skill gaps and help people to be job-ready.

Ajay has recently been awarded as “Indian Achiever – 2022” by Indian Achievers Forum and “Digital Leader of the Year” from an NGOs for his contribution in the Digital Marketing domain both personally and professionally.

Saravanan Ramalingam

Saravanan Ramalingam


Saravanan Ramalingam has 15+ years of overall experience in IT consulting. He comes from an entrepreneurial background with over a decade of significant experience in Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics. He believes in taking a consultative approach on all business and technology problem-solving and solutions-building.

Sara has implemented several large scale BI systems for CPG/FMCG, Media, EPC, Auto Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Retail industries. Prior to joining iSOCRATES, he worked with one of the world’s largest CPG/FMCGs on both commercial and e-commerce performance analytics. He is specialized in client engagement, design and personal and team delivery of BI/Analytics/Big data solutions. He has played a leadership role in the industry and is heavily experienced managing teams onshore and offshore across multiple business functions.

Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering and is a post-graduate in data science and business analytics. His interests lie in business visualization, big data, data mining, predictive analytics, marketing metrics, efficiency, effectiveness, and decision science. He is a native of Pondicherry, happily living with his wife Nandhini and daughter Aadhini Shree in Mysuru. He likes to spend time with his family and cycling mornings and during his free time. He also cooks weekends and some evenings, watches cricket, movies, and reads. Sara was a cricket player and played for his school teams and rotary club teams.

Manjunath is a digital marketing professional with over 13 years of quality experience in online advertising, onboarding/transition, client servicing, training, and team handling.

He is skilled in conceptualizing training programs, developing training content and successfully delivering trainings. Adroit of imparting training in the areas of Technical Operations and general Etiquettes.

Over the years he has acquired expertise in functionalities of online advertising channels like programmatic, SMM and SEM projecting the ROI, optimizing, trouble shooting, reporting and yield management of the advertising Campaigns.

 In his free time, he loves playing video games, listen to Heavy metal music, and automating things at home (IOT)

Nagarjun BN

Nagarjun BN


Nagarjun leads all billable media trading and ad operations activities of the firm. He has overall 12+ years of experience in the paid digital advertising domain and has worked on behalf of major global accounts throughout. He has been an experienced Team Lead, Campaign Manager and Ad Operations specialist with a demonstrated history of working successfully in the marketing and advertising media. He has expertise and is responsible for collaborating with Business Development, Operations (including Partner Success), Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Product, Business Intelligence, and iSOCRATES Academy learning and development teams to achieve solutions for the client-partners and internal stakeholders.

Throughout his journey, Nagarjun has provided efficient and effective troubleshooting solutions and assisted in diagnostics and optimizations, including various media trading, and serving platforms and processes. He is proud to have always maintained a high level of accuracy and precision throughout, achieving KPIs and deadlines in fast-paced, typically multichannel environments. He is equally proud to be a valued mentor guiding his reports to set and achieve ambitious goals with positive zeal.

Nagarjun holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He likes to explore and master new technology releases at work and at home.

Ankur Patel

Ankur Patel


Ankur has 20+ years of experience creating technical solutions for Digital Advertising and Marketing and Technology companies. He has constructed large scalable systems with a passion for open-source technologies. Also, he has provided proven superior levels of internal and external customer satisfaction through the successful delivery of large-scale web and mobile projects throughout the past two decades. 

His expertise extends from continuous formalized, but self-directed learning to seamlessly translating business needs into cutting-edge technical solutions with cloud technologies. His cutting-edge work on behalf of and with many of the world’s largest publishers, advertisers, agencies, and technology companies is notable in its breadth and depth.

Most recently, Ankur has been taking on simultaneous leadership roles on several key internal and external initiatives including publisher monetization, business intelligence, and technology staffing and training.

In his free time, Ankur can be found with his beloved laptop learning new technologies or on the road driving (two wheelers and four wheelers).

Austin Koring

Austin Koring


Austin manages both directly and indirectly the channel and client-partner facing aspects of iSOCRATES’s Data and Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science and Data Engineering teams.

Previously, Austin served in various Data and Analytics roles in consulting and in industry including roles as data scientist, data engineer, business intelligence developer, and tech lead. He has 8+ years of experience in data and analytics delivery supporting various areas of finance, marketing, sales, and human resources. Austin has also had exposure to and managed a variety of Data and Analytics projects and teams in healthcare, financial and legal services, ecommerce, agriculture, retail, and Software as a Service.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys playing rugby, watching college football, and endurance sports.

Chris Haviland

Chris Haviland


Chris Haviland provides technical, project, and operational support for a wide range client-partner need. He has over two decades of experience in digital Ad operations and yield management, process and workflow improvement, data and process standardization and implementation, and KPI reporting and dashboard development.

Early on in his career, Chris won recognition at ATT for identifying and implementing operational improvements. Since then, he has applied his operations skills to several fast-growing start-ups which became innovative leaders in publishing, e-commerce, AdTech, and mobile payments. He won further recognition managing the mobile commerce effort that has become Google Pay.

He most recently worked as a Business Analyst/Project Manager/Operations Manager for Innovar Solutions, a process improvement developer specializing in customized advertising operations products for the television market. He has also served as Business Analyst/Operations Manager for Softcard (acquired by Google) and as Operations Manager for OpenX, a leading digital Ad exchange.

Chris has three undergraduate degrees: Web and Mobile Development, Applied Science and IT, and Radio, TV and Film. He is also a published science fiction and fantasy author and editor, co-produced a family movie that was distributed to HBO, and co-manages the Haviland-de Havilland Heritage Society.

Amanda Morales

Amanda started her career in media and marketing a decade ago in New York City initially gaining experience in traditional media working in TV and print advertising companies. She transitioned into digital marketing working in Account Management where she developed extensive knowledge in audience targeting and optimized media campaigns across programmatic, email, social and video media channels.  

More recently, Amanda has been able to apply her experience in Client Success and Product/Project roles.  Amanda takes a solution-based approach and finds satisfaction in providing partners not only with effective products but also with effective results.

Erinn McNulty

Erinn McNulty


Erinn is a detail-oriented, client-partner-facing marketing and advertising professional with a decade of related experience. She has worked closely with publishers, marketers and agencies across many paid media channels. She has also assisted with establishing media and marketing operations workflow processes for leading MAdTech and AdTech vendors. She has also worked diligently to identify efficiencies and to educate sales staff leading to growth in sales of digital product offerings.

Her recent experience includes managing the advertising department for an AdTech startup in the programmatic and search ad space that worked primarily with banks, helping to develop and guide their new client onboarding, fulfillment and product offerings through a data-driven approach.

In her role as a Partner Success and Project Manager specialist, Erinn directly assists with sales and media and marketing operations, identifying and implementing campaign requirements, optimizations, and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities for hundreds of clients in dozens of industries.

In her free time, Erinn enjoys taking hikes with her husband, cooking, reading, playing board games or video games; all while constantly being entertained by her two crazy cats.

Santhosh Kumar M S

Santhosh Kumar M S


Santhosh has over a decade of day-to-day responsibility for Campaign Management, Ad Operations, Project Management, and Reporting and Analytics, and–more recently–end-to-end BI implementation. He has worked with publishers, agencies, advertisers, and technology providers in digital media and marketing with proven successful results. With strong leadership and technical skills, he has demonstrated balance in managing both process and people while enhancing the client-partner experience and consistently upskilling his teams for higher capabilities.

He has used his diverse background to good advantage managing teams delivering numerous complexes, time-sensitive BI projects for internal and client-partner consumption the past few years. In fact, Santhosh leads client work in several time zones, across all classes of trade, and is heavily involved with internal product development efforts.

Santhosh’s interests are in exploring new technologies and getting to know what / how it works. His hobbies are listening to music.

Vivek Rao Kirdanth V

Vivek is a 2x certified Salesforce professional with over ten years of experience in the Salesforce and Marketing domains. He has Project management, Team management skills with good experience in digital marketing and Salesforce platform (Sales cloud). In his past roles, Vivek has worked as: Team Lead, Project Coordinator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Data Migration Specialist, Technical Trainer, and Reporting and Analytics Specialist. At iSOCRATES, he leads the MarTech team (B2B and B2C) and Sales Enablement teams.

A native of Mysore, Karnataka. Vivek has completed his Master’s in Computer Applications from University of Mysore. His hobbies include traveling and playing video games.

Anil Kumar S

Anil has over twelve years of experience in Digital Advertising with significant expertise in programmatic end-to-end Campaign Management, Troubleshooting, and Account Management. He has excellent analytical skills. Anil has worked with Publishers, Marketers, and Technology providers with proven successful results. He is a results-focused individual with a strong desire to succeed bringing high energy and commitment to the teams he leads.

Anil started his career as an Ad-trafficker and has succeeded in different positions such as QA, Principal Campaign Specialist, Associate Domain Expert, Sr. Campaign Manager, and currently working as an Associate Manager in the AdTech Department handling Programmatic Campaign Management processes with a team of 15+ Associates. Anil is passionate about technology, innovation, challenging tasks and exploring new platforms.

His hobbies are building websites and watching self-learning videos to upskill his knowledge.

Sri Harsha is a Human Resources leader with over 11 years of experience. His key strength is Talent Acquisition while acquiring exposure to and gaining mastery over other HR functions more recently. Harsha has experience working in both product-led and services-based global companies.

Sri Harsha was born and brought up in Bangalore, now settled in Mysuru where he and his family fell in love with the city and surrounding area.

With his excellent Human Resources management, problem-solving, logical, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, Sri Harsha is heavily-focused on: a) driving and managing the process of attracting, hiring, engaging and retaining the right talent who will take iSOCRATES to the next level and to greater heights, and b) helping to build a solid, scalable working environment and company culture that can stand the test of time and be highly enjoyable to be a part of.

Harsha loves exploring new applications to make life simpler. He loves to travel; make new friends and he is a good cook and a singer to an extent.

Shafeeq Ahmed M

Shafeeq Ahmed M


Shafeeq has over nine years of work experience in finance and operations and has served in middle management finance and accounting positions in Healthcare, Digital Marketing and other Industries.

Shafeeq serves as the company Controller and is responsible for financial, facilities, business, and administrative activities. He participates in forecasting, planning, problem-solving and budgetary decisions. He also oversees a wide portfolio of areas within Finance, including Accounting, Budget, and Forecasting.

Shafeeq is a native of Mysuru and has earned a master’s degree in Business Administration at St. Philomena’s College. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance. He is married to Azra Anjum. They are blessed with two children, Sumera Anjum and Rayan Ahmed.
