iSOCRATES provides, or uses client-partner provided, mission-critical technology supported 24/7/365 by its own proven and tightly supervised specialists in its own facilities who save partners money and time achieving transparent, accountable performance while delivering meaningfully–often measurably–greater value.
In fact, partners outsource their digital media and marketing needs to iSOCRATES for a fraction of the investment and ongoing costs they would incur on their own. This savings stems from iSOCRATES’ continuous re-investment in technology and training, our low-cost global delivery model, and our deep focus on servicing a limited range of client-partner needs.
With our multi-million dollar investment in technology and processes, coupled with our low-cost operations in India, partners outsource their digital media and marketing needs to us for a fraction of the investment and ongoing costs they would incur on their own.
iSOCRATES offers U.S. and international partners end-to-end Managed Services on either a Managed Service Platform (MSP) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) fee-for-service basis. The former assumes the partner and/or iSOCRATES is providing specific licensed technology for the iSOCRATES to manage in whole or in part. The latter represents a pure labor arrangement.
Each software application is either sourced from a major branded platform provider like Salesforce, Google, Microsoft Advertising, Adobe, Sisense, etc. “as is”, customized, or purpose-built by iSOCRATES to specific partner needs.
