William “Bill” Lederer
CHAIRMAN AND CEO
Bill leads iSOCRATES and founded the firm with Michael Weaver. He is a global C-Level digital media and marketing services executive with extensive consulting / founding / building / turnaround expertise in both entrepreneurial and established companies in Programmatic trading, Advanced TV and online & mobile Video, Internet and e-commerce, advertising/ marketing, and information services.
Bill has served as a divisional CEO and/or C-level executive with Kantar/ WPP, TNS, and Getty Images. He was Founder and CEO of e-tailer Art.com and programmatic media trader MediaCrossing and is a former board member for public and private companies including WPP Digital, Kantar Digital, Rewards Network, major universities, and non-profits. He has extensive work experience in the Americas, Europe, India, and Israel. He is Adjunct Professor, The New School Graduate Program in Media Management and co- author of the leading industry textbook Media Selling, 5th Edition.
COUNTRY MANAGER & BOARD MEMBER
Ashwini is a leading B2C-B2B Email Marketing, CRM, and AdTech Programmatic systems and execution leader with 18 years of experience in IT & ITES organizations. Functions spread across Delivery Operations, Product management, offshore/onshore model, Client Management, Finance, HR, Partner Success, Pre-sales, IT, Admin, Technology, and Operational Leadership in uniquely challenging situations.
Proven track record in extensive managerial experience building teams that deliver high performance and high-quality cross-border campaigns against tight deadlines for some of the world’s leading publishers, marketers, and agencies. Past roles and experience include Technical Training, Client Service Analyst, Web Development, Team Coordinator, Database Developer, Technical Lead, Project Lead, Associate Manager, Delivery Manager.

Blake is a marketing and media professional with over two decades of experience, working in both demand and supply-side roles. His early background includes work at agency Wieden+Kennedy developing spot broadcast, print and OOH media plans for partners such as Nike, Subaru, Holland America Line and Microsoft.
Blake spent the next 10 years at AOL in partner success and sales development leadership roles. Most recently, Blake led efforts to commercialize new shopper marketing solutions at Catalina Marketing and was digital marketing strategy lead at Lazydays Holdings, a large retailer.
Bruce M. Masterson
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Bruce has over 40 years’ experience managing and growing companies in the information industry serving legal and financial markets including multiple start-ups and early-stage ventures. He has 20 years’ experience as a senior executive with McGraw-Hill and Reuters in Chicago, London and New York coupled with 20 years in entrepreneurial companies as a CEO, CFO and CMO including 8 years as COO of Socrates Media and Socrates India. Bruce earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a BA in Economics from the Honors College of Michigan State University.
Outside of work, Bruce enjoys long-distance cycling, exploring nature and travel – having visited every continent except Antarctica.
SENIOR DIRECTOR - GLOBAL HR
Anita leads the HR function including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Operations.
Previously, Anita served in various HR leadership and consulting roles. She comes with over two decades of overall experience. She has designed and implemented unique models, ingenious people and culture programs and employee-oriented initiatives focused on Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Career Progression.
When not working, Anita enjoys working with youth, yoga, watching shows and drawing.
SENIOR DIRECTOR - DATATECH
Saravanan Ramalingam has 15+ years of overall experience in IT consulting. He comes from an entrepreneurial background with over a decade of significant experience in Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics. He believes in taking a consultative approach on all business and technology problem-solving and solutions-building.
Sara has implemented several large scale BI systems for CPG/FMCG, Media, EPC, Auto Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Retail industries. Prior to joining iSOCRATES, he worked with one of the world’s largest CPG/FMCGs on both commercial and e-commerce performance analytics. He is specialized in client engagement, design and personal and team delivery of BI/Analytics/Big data solutions. He has played a leadership role in the industry and is heavily experienced managing teams onshore and offshore across multiple business functions.
Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering and is a post-graduate in data science and business analytics. His interests lie in business visualization, big data, data mining, predictive analytics, marketing metrics, efficiency, effectiveness, and decision science. He is a native of Pondicherry, happily living with his wife Nandhini and daughter Aadhini Shree in Mysuru. He likes to spend time with his family and cycling mornings and during his free time. He also cooks weekends and some evenings, watches cricket, movies, and reads. Sara was a cricket player and played for his school teams and rotary club teams.
Stefan brings a passion for data-driven marketing and business transformation to iSOCRATES. As former CEO of SIGMA Data Insights, he led the evolution of the company from a predominantly a traditional direct marketing services company to a focus on analytics and uncovering data-driven insights leveraging data technology to drive meaningful change and transformation for Nationwide Insurance, Prudential Insurance, AAA, The Henry Ford, AmVac, Xerox, and some of the world’s greatest museums.
Prior to SIGMA, Stefan was Founder and President at both BMS, a media production and services company, and at NewsSimply, a news aggregator that was sold to a newspaper. Earlier on his career, Stefan was on the forefront of digital transformation as a Vice President at WorldNow, an online broadcast video platform company, and as a Vice President with CBS Broadcasting’s The Altitude Group, a multi-platform marketing channel supporting CBS-owned and operated TV, Radio, OOH North American properties.
Stefan enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends outdoors as well as doing foundation work for various charities focused on food insecurity.
PRACTICE LEAD, DATATECH
Joan FitzGerald is the DataTech Practice Lead at iSOCRATES, where she oversees multifaceted teams of data architects and engineers, data and marketing scientists, engagement managers, solution architects, and analysts. She works with organizational leaders to develop and deliver on their behalf end-to-end and project-based data-driven strategy and operations consulting and managed services.
Joan helps agencies, publishers, marketers (including nonprofit organizations) and data/tech companies that supply them realize profitable growth through more actionable data, more reliable adtech and martech integrations, higher performing data visualizations and software/analytic solutions, and growth strategies. She has been instrumental in designing, building, delivering, and maintaining data and technology-driven solutions for many of the world’s leading companies navigating the complexities of data management, analytics, digital transformation, and attribution.
Among other client-facing deliverables, Joan and her teams help acquire and activate new and returning audiences, customers, and members/donors more efficiently, delivering more from their media and marketing investments, and navigating the complexities of new revenue models and new digital platforms.
In addition to her practical expertise, Joan holds an MA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BA from the University of Virginia. She has received a nomination for the prestigious David Ogilvy Award by Walmart and has been published in AdExchanger and Financial Manager. An active member of the Coalition for Innovative Media Measurement (CIMM) and the Advertising Research Council, she is committed to industry excellence. Joan lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband and has three children.
Donald R Dye Jr (Donny)

With over a decade of experience collaborating with agencies, publishers, and brands, Donny has become a trusted partner for companies seeking to join forces with iSOCRATES.
His diverse background includes assisting publishers in building programmatic businesses during the early 2010s, successfully expanding local social advertising for renowned national brands, and advising prominent agencies about emerging markets.
Before joining iSOCRATES, Donny held pivotal positions, including Vice President of Sales at Simpli.fi and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Tiger Pistol. Additionally, he founded QuotaNYC, a consultancy dedicated to empowering startups through generating revenue.
Currently residing in Cleveland, OH, Donny shares his life with his family and a charming puppy named Lucie.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - DATATECH
Srivastava is a result-oriented engineering leader with 16+ years of experience delivering value to Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 enterprises in Business Intelligence and Analytics, Digital Transformation, Legacy Modernization, Data and Application Migrations, AI and Automation solutions.
He comes with rich experience in project & product delivery for clients in Telecommunications, BFSI, Retail, Energy, and Government Agencies domains.
He enjoys playing multi-faceted roles in Business Analysis, Solution Design, Product Management, Delivery Management, Program Management, and R&D technology team management. In the past, he has launched and managed start-up ventures that have won him awards for two consecutive years in the Digital Experience Awards – UK (DXA 2019 and DXA 2020).
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering from VTU, and has secured multiple diplomas from Harvard University in Management Essentials, Economics, Business Accounting, and Business Analytics.
During his free time, he likes to spend time with his family and cook sumptuous meals for family and friends. He has a new found passion for agriculture and wants to bring back the age old traditional Indian food products to households.

Amit Padmakarrao Raut
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - ADTECH
Amit leads the AdTech vertical at iSOCRATES and reports to the Country Manager & Board Member – Ashwini Thammaiah.
He is a quality-oriented leader with 15+ years of experience in AdTech. He comes with rich experience in AdTech delivery of clients in different domains like BFSI, Travel, Education, Ecommerce, Consumer Electronics etc.
In his previous organization, he played multi-faceted role in the areas like Business Development, Campaign Delivery, Creative Development, App Development, Google Analytics, Media Planning and Troubleshooting.
While not working, he loves listening to old music and spending time with family and friends.
Austin manages both directly and indirectly the channel and client-partner facing aspects of iSOCRATES’s Business Intelligence, Data Science and Technology teams.
Previously, Austin served in various Data and Analytics roles in consulting and in industry including roles as data scientist, data engineer, business intelligence developer, and tech lead. He has 8+ years of experience in data and analytics delivery supporting various areas of finance, marketing, sales, and human resources. Austin has also had exposure to and managed a variety of Data and Analytics projects and teams in healthcare, financial and legal services, ecommerce, agriculture, retail, and Software as a Service.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys playing rugby, watching college football, and endurance sports.
Chris Haviland provides technical, project, and operational support for a wide range client-partner need. He has over two decades of experience in digital Ad operations and yield management, process and workflow improvement, data and process standardization and implementation, and KPI reporting and dashboard development.
Early on in his career, Chris won recognition at ATT for identifying and implementing operational improvements. Since then, he has applied his operations skills to several fast-growing start-ups which became innovative leaders in publishing, e-commerce, AdTech, and mobile payments. He won further recognition managing the mobile commerce effort that has become Google Pay.
He most recently worked as a Business Analyst/Project Manager/Operations Manager for Innovar Solutions, a process improvement developer specializing in customized advertising operations products for the television market. He has also served as Business Analyst/Operations Manager for Softcard (acquired by Google) and as Operations Manager for OpenX, a leading digital Ad exchange.
Chris has three undergraduate degrees: Web and Mobile Development, Applied Science and IT, and Radio, TV and Film. He is also a published science fiction and fantasy author and editor, co-produced a family movie that was distributed to HBO, and co-manages the Haviland-de Havilland Heritage Society.
James Bullough provides world class technical, project, and operational support for a wide range of client-partner needs. He has over twelve years of experience in planning, designing, and implementing successful, large-scale, and complex data driven end-to-end solutions for national and global companies. His experience ranges from front-end transactional systems, back-end data warehousing, to business intelligence and data analytics.
From the start of his career, James has adopted a unique approach to IT which leads him to ask “why” before he asks “how” which enables him to see the bigger picture. He has enjoyed his working in his many roles as a Data Engineer, Solutions Architect, and Manager of Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence for a national pharmacy benefit management (PBM) company where he played an integral role in creating processes and systems for multiple channels of their business which led to the company growing and becoming the #1 distributor of renal care medicine in the United States.
Additionally, he has served as a Manager of Data Engineering for NBCUniversal where he led a team of Data Engineers in the warehousing and analysis of data for the GolfNow app. James also served a Sr. Technical Program Manager for Indeed.com where he designed and developed a process and a front-end system for the Data Security and Data Governance teams to plan and manage their work resulting in a streamlined, unified, and cross-functional work-space for leadership and individual contributors alike.
While at Indeed he collaborated with Portfolio Managers to break down global and enterprise level initiatives into Programs which he owned and implemented while provided guidance and coaching to leadership on short-term to multi-year project planning as well as training on how to capture the plan and the work in the newly developed front-end system.

DIRECTOR - PARTNER SUCCESS
Erinn is a detail-oriented, client-partner-facing marketing and advertising professional with a decade of related experience. She has worked closely with publishers, marketers and agencies across many paid media channels. She has also assisted with establishing media and marketing operations workflow processes for leading MAdTech and AdTech vendors. She has also worked diligently to identify efficiencies and to educate sales staff leading to growth in sales of digital product offerings.
Her recent experience includes managing the advertising department for an AdTech startup in the programmatic and search ad space that worked primarily with banks, helping to develop and guide their new client onboarding, fulfillment and product offerings through a data-driven approach.
In her role as a Partner Success and Project Manager specialist, Erinn directly assists with sales and media and marketing operations, identifying and implementing campaign requirements, optimizations, and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities for hundreds of clients in dozens of industries.
In her free time, Erinn enjoys taking hikes with her husband, cooking, reading, playing board games or video games; all while constantly being entertained by her two crazy cats.

Rosemary is a proven successful MarTech and FinTech professional with over two decades of experience. She has built a solid reputation for her relationship management, technical expertise, team management, and business development acumen. Using a hands-on approach, she has coached, strategized and lead in project management, product development, business startups, sales, account management, and partner success management.
After working for IBM and PWC, Rosemary joined Capital One as a start-up. After her tenure at Capital One, she was part of a multi-startup digital thinktank group and worked for top DSPs, including Bidtellect where she had several roles, including leading the Publisher Account Management department.
She enjoys building relationships, applying analytics to squeeze the most out of revenue and expense opportunities, and working with awesome, fun, driven individuals.

Ruth is an accomplished marketing and analytics professional with 20+ years of experience helping clients develop strategies to get the most value from their data and discover the insights hidden within. She has led client service and data analytics teams tasked with developing and delivering custom analytic solutions to solve complex business challenges. Throughout her career, Ruth’s focus has been building trusted relationships with clients and a commitment to delivery excellence.
She has collaborated with clients in a variety of industry verticals including financial services, technology, agriculture, and membership. Ruth is an in-demand industry panelist speaking on Data Journeys among other topics. Previously, Ruth was Director, Account Service at SIGMA Data Insights before joining iSOCRATES.

Kaeleigh has spent more than half her career working with museums, non-profits, and membership organizations helping them accomplish their goals through analytics, media and marketing technology, and data-driven strategy. She has unique insight into how these organizations can better leverage their data, understand their members and visitors at a deeper level, and know the best ways to communicate with them for acquisition and retention. Kaeleigh is an in-demand industry panelist speaking on these topics.
Kaeleigh completed her MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Nazareth University in Rochester, NY. In her free time, she loves to read, travel, and go on adventures with her yellow lab, Stanley.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Renda Lederer has 20+ years of experience developing partnerships with publishers, marketers, agencies, and data/technology companies.
Previously, Renda was Partnership Development Director with AllCampus, focused on developing marketing and enrollment partnerships with leading public and private universities. She also served ASL Marketing for many years as Business Development Director helping publishers, marketers, agencies, and tech companies with their PII and non-PII data needs.
Renda has a Mass Communications degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. In her spare time, Renda is a yoga and workout enthusiast, a walker, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. While Renda is interested in pickleball, her husband Bill has high hopes for resurrecting Renda’s interest in his beloved tennis.
